For 11+ years, we’ve been sourcing and roasting India’s most-loved specialty coffee beans, and on our journey, we’ve built long-standing relationships with 80+ of India’s finest coffee farms, each raising the bar for what a cup of carefully grown coffee can be.   

We roast the coffee we source using state-of-the art Probat machines and rely on industry-leading roasting and quality parameters, such as Q-graders tasting every single batch of coffee beans we roast, to ensure consistent flavour and quality. 

We offer a diverse selection of roasted and ground coffee across roast and flavour profiles to delight diverse palates. From delicate and complex light roasts to bold and bitter dark roasts; from single origins to the best blends, we have something for every coffee lover out there, whether you're new to specialty coffee, or a seasoned explorer with a refined palate. 

You can choose to order your favourite roasted coffee as whole beans, or as pre-ground coffee, perfect for the equipment you have at home. If you do not have brewing equipment yet, you can get started with our channi coffee, pre-ground for you. With nothing but the tea-strainer in your kitchen, you can start brewing our roasted and ground offerings. 

Our retail coffee pouches are available for purchase online on our website, through Swiggy and Zomato, on the Blue Tokai app, as well as in our cafés. The coffee we roast is the coffee we like to drink, and we can't wait for you to try it too!
