As India grows into really tasting and experimenting with its coffee, we felt the need to craft a system that is truly representative of the Indian palate.

This led us to create the Flavour Guide for Indian Coffees—an artefact that takes the foundation put forth by the SCA, and builds upon it to integrate flavour attributes (like tulsi, chikoo, cardamom, fennel, and more) that are frequently found in Indian-grown coffee, and are more accessible to Indian coffee drinkers.

We hope it adds to your next cup, and makes it more intuitive for you to discern and enjoy the flavours in your brews.
