Exclusions: This discount cannot be availed on coffee subscriptions or any special launches (like the Producer Series, Nano-X Lots, Debut Series, etc.). 
Eligibility: Valid for new customers, and on their first order only.

• These general offer terms and conditions are supplementary to our main Terms and Conditions, which you accept by using the Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters website or app, as well as the offer specific terms mentioned on the offer page, or in the offer details above. In case of any conflict with the main Terms and Conditions, these offer terms will take precedence concerning the offer.
  
• The offer is valid only for the specified period mentioned in the offer details or on the offer page. Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters reserves the right to extend or revoke the offer without prior notice and without any liability.
  
• The offer applies only to completed transactions. If a transaction is cancelled by the customer or by Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters for any reason, the customer will not be eligible for the offer benefits.
  
• Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters reserves the right to terminate, withdraw, suspend, amend, extend, modify, add, or remove portions of the offer at any time without prior notice.
  
• We reserve the right to disqualify any customer from the offer if any fraudulent activity is detected or if any conditions of the offer terms are not met.
  
• By availing of the offer, customers agree that Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters is not liable for any loss or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, in connection with the offer.
  
• Offer benefits or rewards are not transferable and will not be settled in cash.
• Any queries or issues related to the offer benefits must be addressed to our customer service team at getcoffee@bluetokaicoffee.com within 20 days of the transaction date. Beyond this period, no queries or issues will be entertained.
  
• Nothing in these offer terms obligates Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters to conduct further, similar, or other offers.
  
• The offer is subject to the serviceability of the delivery area's pin code.
  
• The offer is subject to force majeure events, and upon such an event, the offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters.
  
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be settled exclusively in the courts of New Delhi.
  
• Participation in the offer is voluntary, and customers are not obligated to avail of it. The offer is provided on a best-effort basis, and availing of this offer constitutes acceptance of these Offer Terms and Conditions.
