Every time members shop with us, they earn 10% back in Circle Coins on eligible spends of the order value, which can be redeemed for rewards ranging from a complimentary coffee or bake at our cafés to our roasted coffee packs, brewing gear, merchandise and more.
The membership also unlocks access to personalised missions, daily games and experiences across our cafés, app and website.

How do I become a member?
Blue Tokai Circle is an invite-only membership for our regular customers.
To be eligible for an invitation, you’ll need to have:
- ✓ At least 2 order days in the last 60 days
- ✓ An overall spend of ₹2,000 or more during the same period
An order day means any day on which you’ve placed at least one eligible order.
Orders placed on two different days count as two order days.
A few helpful tips
- Please share your phone number when placing orders at our cafés, so we can recognise your visits.
- If you order through our website, please make sure your phone number is updated in your website account, and use the same number when registering on the Blue Tokai app.

Frequently Asked Questions
If you've received an invitation, simply download the Blue Tokai app and log in. You'll see the invitation on the home screen the first time you sign in. If you happen to miss it, you can always find it in the Circle section of the app and activate your membership there.
Circle Coins are only earned on eligible purchases made after you activate your Circle membership. As a welcome, you'll receive 100 Circle Coins when you join to help you get started.
No, as the previous program has completely retired and this is a renewed loyalty program, the membership or points do not carry forward. Don't worry! If you're already a regular with us, you should become eligible again after just a few more orders.
Circle is currently invite-only as we test the program. Eligible customers may receive an invitation to join, and we'll share more details on broader access soon.
You can redeem your Circle Coins for rewards during checkout on the Blue Tokai app or website, or at the counter when visiting one of our cafés.
Your current Circle Coin balance is displayed on the top-right corner of the home screen next to the Circle icon. You can also view detailed earning and redemption activity from the Account page.
Earn 10% cashback in Circle Coins on eligible purchases. Circle Coins are not awarded on discounted orders or purchases made using other coupons. You can also earn bonus Circle Coins through Daily Grind puzzles, Missions, referrals, and other activities within Circle.
Yes. Circle Coins expire 6 months after they are earned or when your Circle membership ends, whichever comes first.
No, Circle Coins are non-transferable and can only be used by the member who earned them.
Any unused Circle Coins will expire when your Circle membership ends.
