Recipe:

1 Place the AeroPress in the inverted position and add 15 g of coffee.

2 Pour 50 g of water to bloom, ensuring all the grounds are saturated. Gently stir 3 times and let it sit for 35–40 seconds.

3 Add the remaining water to reach a total of 235–240 g. Keep agitation low and allow it to steep until 1:30.

4 Attach a rinsed paper filter, secure the cap, and carefully flip the AeroPress onto your cup.

5 Begin plunging slowly, aiming to finish in 30–40 seconds, stopping at the hiss.

6 Your total brew time should be around 2:00–2:20.
