Recipe:
1 Place 16 g of coffee in your portafilter.
2 Gently tap to level the grounds, ensuring an even, uniform bed.
3 Tamp to create a compact and even coffee puck.
4 Lock the portafilter into your machine and fill the brew chamber with water at 93°C.
5 Begin extraction with a 10-second pre-infusion at 2 bars, allowing the coffee to saturate evenly.
6 Slowly ramp up pressure to 6 bar, then maintain between 5–6 bar through the main extraction.
7 Allow the pressure to gently decline to 4 bar to finish the shot, aiming for a 45–52 g yield.
