Recipe:
1 Add 200 g of fresh coconut water to a glass.
2 Add a few cubes of ice to chill the drink.
3 Pull an espresso shot, aiming for 40 g output in 30 seconds.
4 Pour the espresso over the coconut water and ice.
5 Give it a gentle stir and serve immediately.
