Slightly finer than usual pour over grind size
Recipe:
1 Fold the seam of the filter paper, place it in the cone, and rinse with hot water over your cup. Discard this water and place the cone back on the cup.
2 Add 15 g of coffee to your brewer and set it over your cup or server.
3 Start with a 50 g bloom, ensuring all the grounds are saturated. Let it sit for 40β45 seconds.
4 Pour an additional 70 g of water slowly and in a controlled manner. Allow the water to draw down before the next pour.
5 Add a third pour of 80 g, maintaining a steady, even flow. Finish with the remaining water to reach a total of 240 g.
6 Give the brewer a light swirl at the end and allow the coffee to draw down completely before serving.

- Use 70β90 TDS water if possible for best results.
- Grind slightly finer to push a little more extraction.
