Recipe:
1 Place 18 g of coffee in your portafilter.
2 Gently tap the portafilter to level the coffee grounds, ensuring theyβre evenly distributed and aligned with the basketβs internal line.Tamp gently to create a compact, even coffee bed.
3 Lock the portafilter into the Flair 58. Fill the brew chamber with hot water.
4 Begin extraction by lowering the lever and applying steady pressure. Brew until you reach a 30 g yield.
5 Steam 200 ml milk to a smooth, velvety microfoam.
6 Pour the milk over the espresso, holding back the foam slightly at first, then finishing with a thin layer of microfoam.
