Recipe:
1 Add coffee grounds to the upper chamber of the filter. Use a WDT tool to gently break up clumps and even out the bed. You can optionally discard fines for a cleaner cup.
2 Pour 50 g of water gently over the coffee with minimal agitation. Using a Melodrip can help keep the pour controlled.
3 After 35 seconds, place the tamping disc on top and slowly pour an additional 125 g of water.
4 Leave the lid open during brewing, as closing it can disturb the coffee bed.
5 Allow the decoction to drip fully into the lower chamber.
6 Serve as is, dilute with hot water if needed, or mix with milk to taste.
