Recipe:
1 Place the filter paper rough-side up in the Pulsar and rinse with hot water. Allow it to drain completely, then close the valve.
2 Add 25 g coffee into the brewer. Pour 75 g water evenly over the grounds and use wet WDT to ensure full saturation.
3 Open the valve briefly to let a few drops drain, then close it. Let the coffee bloom until 0:50.
4 At 0:50, open the valve and begin pouring in intervals, maintaining a water level 1 to 2 cm above the bed, until you reach 325 g total water.
5 Allow the coffee to drain completely. If needed, bypass with a little additional hot water to adjust strength to taste.
