Recipe:
1 Place a filter in the AeroPress cap, rinse with hot water, and secure it onto the chamber. Set up your AeroPress in the inverted position.
2 Add 18 g coffee into the AeroPress chamber.
3 Pour 60 g water over the grounds and stir 6 times. Let it sit for 30 seconds.
4 At 0:30, pour steadily to reach 200 g total water. Let it steep until 1:30.
5 At 1:30, flip the AeroPress onto your cup and press slowly for 30 seconds. Stop pressing when you hear a hissing sound.
