Recipe:
1 Fold the seam of the filter paper, place it in the cone, and rinse with hot water over your cup. Discard this water and place the cone back on the cup.
2 Add your coffee into the filter. Pour 50 g water in concentric circles to bloom, ensuring all the grounds are saturated. Let it sit for 30 seconds.
3 At 0:30, pour in concentric circles to reach 100 g total water. At 1:00, pour to reach 150 g total water.
4 At 1:30, switch to a slow centre pour to reach 225 g total water.
5 Let the coffee drain completely and remove the dripper once the water has passed through.
