Recipe:
1 Fold the seam of the filter paper, place it in the cone, and rinse with hot water over your cup. Discard this water and place the cone back on the cup.
2 Add coffee to the filter. With the Switch closed, pour 60 ml hot water and bloom for 40 seconds.
3 Release the switch and pour slowly up to 150 g, letting the coffee draw down.
4 Pour another 80 ml water and allow it to drain fully. You should now be at 230 ml total.
5 Close the switch again and pour the final 70 ml. Hold for 15 to 20 seconds, then release and let it drain.
6 Remove the cone once the water has dripped through.
