Recipe:
1 Top up the water tank of your espresso machine. Place the coffee in your portafilter.
2 Gently tap the group handle to level the coffee grounds, ensuring they are evenly distributed. Align with the basket’s internal line marking to avoid overfilling or underfilling the same.
3 Gently tamp to even out the coffee grounds and create a compact bed by pushing down evenly.
4 Place one ice cube in your serving glass. Insert the portafilter into the espresso machine and brew until you yield 38g of espresso in about 32 seconds.
5 Add two more ice cubes to the freshly brewed espresso.
