Recipe:

1 Fold the seam of the filter paper, place it in the cone, and rinse with hot water over your cup.
2 Discard this water and place the cone back on the cup.
3 Add 16g coffee into your filter.
4 Pour 60 ml of hot water over the grinds. This step is called the bloom and allows carbon dioxide to be released from your grounds, ensuring even extraction.
5 Pour again until the 160ml-mark and wait for the water to drip through. Finish with a final pour until the 240ml mark.
6 At 2:00 to 2:30 minutes, take the filter cone off your coffee cup. The water should have just finished dripping through.
