Recipe:

1 Fold the seam of the filter paper, place it in the cone, and rinse with hot water over your cup.
2 Discard this water and place the cone back on the cup.
3 Add 16g coffee into your filter.
4 Pour 45g of hot water over the grinds to bloom. Swirl gently to ensure full saturation and wait for 30 seconds.
5 Pour in slow circles up to 120g, aiming for even saturation without agitation until 1:00 minute. At 1:10 minutes, pour up to the 180g mark, maintaining centre focus until 1:40 minutes. At 1:50 minutes, pour the remaining water to reach the desired volume. Gently swirl the dripper once to flatten the bed.
6 At 3 minutes, take the filter cone off your coffee cup. The water should have just finished dripping through.
