Recipe:
1 Fold the seam of the filter paper, place it in the cone, and rinse with hot water over your carafe.
2 Discard this water, then place the cone back and add your coffee dose.
3 Pour 50 ml of hot water to bloom and give the cone one gentle swirl.
4 At 30 seconds, begin your second pour and continue until you reach 160 ml at around 1:05. Swirl once at 1:15.
5 At 1:30, start your next pour and continue until you reach a total of 270 ml by the 2-minute mark.
6 Finish with a gentle swirl and allow it to draw down completely, aiming to finish around 2:35 minutes.
