Medium Coarse (22 clicks on comandante C40 or 18 clicks on C2)
Recipe:
1 Fold the seam of the filter paper, place it in the cone, and rinse with hot water over your carafe.
2 Discard this water, then place the cone back and add your coffee dose.
3 Pour 50 ml of hot water in a slow circular motion and let it rest for 1 minute.
4 Add another 50 ml in a slow circular pour and wait for 30 seconds. Pour the next 50 ml in a slow circular motion and wait another 30 seconds.
5 Finish with a 75 ml slow centre pour, then allow it to draw down completely.
