Recipe:
1 Add your ground coffee to a standard AeroPress fitted with two filters.
2 Pour 50–60 g of water over 20 seconds and give it a quick swirl.
3 Continue pouring slowly to 200 g, finishing around 1:10.
4 Invert, set the plunger, and wait until 2:10.
5 Press gently over 30 seconds.
6 Add 10 ml of hot water to the finished brew and serve.
