Recipe:
1 Add your ground coffee to the upper chamber of the South Indian Filter and shake gently to level the bed.
2 Place the upper chamber over the lower chamber, where the decoction will collect.
3 Pour 75 g of hot water into the upper chamber.
4 Swirl twice, stir the coffee bed thoroughly with a spoon, then swirl twice again to settle it.
5 Add more hot water to bring the total to 105 g. Swirl twice to level the bed again.
6 Let the decoction drip through. Once done, add 30 ml of hot water (or to taste) to adjust the strength.
