Recipe:
1 Fold the seam of the filter paper, place it in the cone, and rinse with hot water over your carafe.
2 Discard this water, then place the cone back and add your coffee dose.
3 Pour 45 ml of hot water in a circular motion to bloom, and let it rest for 30 seconds.
4 At 30 seconds, pour 55 ml slowly in a circular motion.
5 For the third pour, add 105 ml: begin with a single circular pour along the outer edge, then continue pouring within a 1-inch diameter at the centre of the coffee bed.
6 Give the cone a quick swirl, and allow it to drain completely until 2:30 minutes.
