Recipe:
1 Add 20 g of filter coffee to the upper chamber and place it over the lower chamber. Level the bed using the plunger.
2 Pour 200 g of hot water into the top chamber, keeping the plunger in place. Cover with the lid and let the decoction drip through.
3 In a small saucepan, melt 2–3 tablespoons of jaggery with a small piece of cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of water until smooth. Strain and set aside.
4 Add 150 g of milk to this spiced syrup and heat gently without boiling.
5 Pour 50 ml of the coffee decoction into a cup and add the hot sweet milk.
6 Pour the mixture back and forth between two cups to froth. Serve immediately.
