Hidden Falls Estate gets its name from a beautiful yet elusive waterfall that is hidden among an outcrop of huge rocks. Set at a very unique location, it is part of the MSP Coffee group and the estate is intercropped with jackfruit, nutmeg, cloves and Silver Oak Trees. There’s also a separate field of Macadamia. The majority of the estate is planted with S9 Arabica and yields excellent coffee year after year.
A very unique location, Hidden Falls Estate is located in a hidden paradise filled with birdsong, tropical fruits, and the unmistakable sound of a waterfall that can’t be seen. This coffee went through minimal fermentation, to retain maximum natural characteristics. Grown at around 1000 meters above sea level, these coffees are still quite dense and once rinsed, they are fermented overnight and then spread thickly on raised beds to continue secondary fermentation while drying.
