1 Wet the paper filter and assemble the AeroPress upright.

2 Add 25g of coffee and gently shake to level the coffee bed.

3 Start the timer and pour water, stopping at 150g. Stir six times in a plus pattern. Secure the lid and gently pull back to create a slight vacuum.

4 Wait until 2:00 minutes.

5 Press slowly and evenly for 30 seconds. Allow the brewed coffee to cool in the freezer for 5 minutes.

6 Add 100 ml tonic water, pour into a cup, and enjoy.
