Recipe:

1 Fold the seam of the filter paper, place it in the cone, and rinse with hot water over your cup.
2 Discard this water and place the cone back on the cup.
3 Add 20 g of coffee into the filter.
4 For the first pour, add 60 g of hot water. Wait 40 seconds.
5 For the second pour, add another 60 g of water. Wait 40 seconds.
6 At around 3:30 minutes, remove the filter cone from your cup. The water should have just finished dripping through.
