Recipe:
1 Fold the seam of the V60 filter paper, place it in the cone, and rinse with hot water over your cup. Discard this water and place the cone back on the cup.
2 Add your ground coffee into the filter.
3 Pour 40 g of hot water in circular motions and start the timer as you begin pouring. At 0:45, pour another 40 g in circular motions, bringing the total to 80 g.
4 At 1:15, repeat the 40 g circular pour. Repeat once more, finishing the final pour at 2:15.
5 Place the brewed coffee in the freezer for 5 minutes. Add ice and serve.
