Medium-Fine (16 clicks on Comandante C40, around 500 microns)
Recipe:
1 Place your AeroPress in the inverted position.
2 Add 16 g of coffee into the chamber and pour 50 g of hot water over the grounds. Stir gently back and forth five times.
3 At 20 seconds, add an additional 150 g of water to reach a total of 200 g. Stir back and forth 5 times again.
4 Rinse 2 paper filters and attach the cap to the AeroPress. Lower the brewer onto your cup.
5 At 1:50, carefully flip the AeroPress onto your cup and plunge slowly for 30 seconds.
