Recipe:
1 Place your AeroPress in the inverted position.
2 Add 15 g of coffee into the chamber and pour 60 ml of water over the grounds. Swirl gently 10 times.
3 At 0:40, add the remaining water to reach a total of 240 ml. Stir the coffee back and forth 20 times.
4 Lower the AeroPress onto your cup.
5 At 2:30, plunge slowly until 3:00.
Brewer’s Notes
I would use a metal filter to brew this coffee to bring out more body. I used two filter papers in this recipe.
