1 Fold the seam of the filter paper, place it in the cone, and rinse with hot water over your cup. Discard this water and place the cone back on the cup.

2 Add the coffee into your filter.

3 Pour 50 ml of hot water in circular motions and allow the coffee to bloom for 30 seconds. Swirl gently.

4 Pour steadily in circular motions until you reach the 160 ml mark. Finish with a final circular pour up to 270 ml.

5 Remove the cone once the water has passed through and serve.
