Medium: Medium, 20 clicks on Comandante, 16 clicks on C2
Recipe:
1 Place the AeroPress in the inverted position and add 20 g of coffee.
2 Pour 200 g of water all at once, ensuring all the grounds are saturated.
3 Stir back and forth about 5 times.
4 At 2 minutes, rinse a paper filter, attach the cap, and carefully flip the AeroPress onto your cup.
5 Begin plunging steadily, aiming to finish in about 20 seconds.
6 Dilute with 50 g of hot water, or adjust to taste depending on your preferred strength.
