Recipe:

1 Place your AeroPress in the inverted position.
2 Add 15 g of coffee ground into the chamber and pour 50 g of hot water over the grounds. Stir gently back and forth five times.
3 At 30 seconds, add an additional 160 g of water to reach a total of 210 g. Rinse and lock the filter cap onto the AeroPress.
4 At 2:00, flip the AeroPress onto your cup and swirl gently 5 times with a little more vigor.
5 At 2:10, plunge slowly until you hear a hissing sound.


Brewer’s Notes
Use an Aesir filter if you have one. If you’re using a standard AeroPress filter, use two, grind a little finer, and brew at 91 °C.
