1 Fold the seam of the filter paper, place it in the cone, and rinse with hot water over your cup. Discard this water and place the cone back on the cup.

2 Add the coffee into your filter.

3 Pour 50 ml of hot water in circular motions for the first pour. Do not swirl.

4 Pour 100 ml in circular motions for the second pour.

5 Finish with a 75 ml pour in circular motions and swirl gently once.

6 Remove the cone once the water has passed through and serve.
