1 Set up the AeroPress in the inverted position and add 18g of coffee.

2 Start the timer and add 50g of water. Stir back and forth continuously for 30 seconds.

3 Add the remaining 180g of water and stir back and forth 10 times. Wait until 2:30 minutes.

4 Flip the AeroPress onto your cup and press slowly for 30 seconds.

5 Bypass with 20g of room temperature water. Pour into a cup and enjoy.
