1 Fold the seam of the filter paper, place it in the cone, and rinse with hot water over your cup.

2 Discard this water and place the cone back on the cup.

3 Add 12 g coffee into the filter.

4 For the first pour, close the switch and pour 50 ml of water. At 30 seconds, release the switch.

5 For the second and third pours, add 50 ml of water each time, letting it drain completely.

6 For the fourth pour, use water around 75 °C. Keep the switch on and hold for 15 seconds, then release. Let all the water drain.
