• Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters(BTCR) GIFT CARD is issued to be redeemed at BTCR App and Website.
• BTCR GIFT CARD will be valid for 1-year to redeem from date of purchase.
• The amount in BTCR can be redeemed on all types of orders on BTCR app and website.
• The amount cannot be taken out/transferred from BTCR Wallet.
• Use of BTCR Wallet will be subject to terms and conditions available at https://cdn.razorpay.com/static/assets/wallet/tncs.pdf
• The amount can be used on multiple transactions on BTCR app and website.
• No returns and no refunds on gift cards, e-gift cards and gift vouchers.
• A GIFT CARD can be redeemed multiple times.
• No cash payment will be made by the company for the Gift card either in part or in full nor exchanged.
• In case the value of the service exceeds the value of the Gift card, the difference must be paid by other available payment modes.
• No cancellation and No refund money are allowed on the issued Gift card.
• Any unspent amount available in the Gift Card after the card expires shall stand forfeited.
• BTCR does not accept any responsibility if the customer loses/misplaces the gift card. No duplicate card will be issued either.

Steps to Redeem

How to redeem the card for a dine-in / pick-up order at a café?

• Download the Blue Tokai app here.
• Register using your phone number.
• Tap the Wallet icon at the bottom of the screen and select "Redeem a Gift Card."
• Enter your Gift Card Number and PIN—the amount will be added to your wallet.
• Visit a Blue Tokai café, and place your order through the app by clicking on the “Cafés” icon in the menu.
• At checkout, select "BTC Wallet" to pay using your gift card balance.

How to redeem the card to place a delivery order from the roastery?

On the App:

• Download the Blue Tokai app here and register using your phone number.
• Tap the Wallet icon at the bottom of the screen and select "Redeem a Gift Card."
• Enter your Gift Card Number and PIN—the amount will be added to your wallet.
• Click on the “Shop” icon in the menu, and add the desired products to your cart.
• At checkout, select "BTC Wallet" to pay using your gift card balance and complete your order.

On the Website:

• Visit our official Blue Tokai website here and add the products you’d like to your cart.
• In the cart, scroll to the bottom and check the box that says “Pay via Gift Cards”, then click the “Check Out” button (do not use the “Buy Now” button).
• On the checkout page, enter your Gift Card Number and PIN, then click “Add Gift Card.”
• You can add more gift cards if needed. Once done, click “Validate Gift Cards” to view the total available balance.
• Enter the amount you'd like to redeem (equal to or less than the balance), and click “Redeem Cards.” This will reduce your order total accordingly.
• Follow the remaining on-screen steps to complete your purchase.
