Seethargundu Estate, part of the Poabs Group, lies in the Nelliyampathy hills of Chittur, Kerala. At an average elevation of 3,500 feet, it benefits from a favourable climate for growing high-quality coffee, with abundant on-site water sources supporting reliable irrigation. Both tea and coffee are cultivated across its slopes.
The estate grows Arabica and Robusta alongside a diverse mix of intercrops, including pepper, orange, vanilla, cardamom, strawberry, and guava. Its Arabica selection includes S9, S8, S5, and Cauvery, along with the CXR variety of Robusta.
