Replacement Policy for Equipment
This replacement policy applies exclusively to purchases of the specified products made through our website.
Eligibility
Equipment Covered:
- Mage Espresso Machine
- Maven Espresso Machine
- Frost Cold Brew Maker
- Finesse Manual Grinder
- Bullet French Press
- Blue Tokai French Press
10-Day Replacement Window:
Requests for replacements must be made within 10 days of receiving the product.
Defective or Faulty Products:
Replacements are accepted only if the equipment is physically damaged at the time of delivery or has a manufacturing/functional defect and raised within 10 days of delivery.
Conditions for Replacement
Original Packaging:
The equipment must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts. Failure to do so may void the replacement policy.
Proof of Purchase:
A valid proof of purchase is required for all replacement requests.
Exclusions:
This policy does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized repairs, or any alterations to the product.

Warranty

Jurisdiction
Any disputes will be settled exclusively in the courts of New Delhi.
