Araku - Viishalakshi
Araku - Viishalakshi
Nestled in the lush highlands of Araku Valley, Viishalakshi FPC borders Kusumaguda village. Named after the wide-eyed goddess, the collective today counts 60% women among its members, carrying generational knowledge that sits at the centre of how it operates.
Here, coffee grows at elevations around 1,398 meters under dense forest shade. The primary varieties grown here are S795, SLN9, and Chandragiri Arabica. Cherries are handpicked at peak ripeness, and organic, shade-grown practices have kept the land productive. The valley has earned a reputation for distinctive Arabica that grows alongside pepper, fruit trees, and native flora.
Select lots are processed in partnership with our roasters, bringing the valley's character to your cup.
