           Recipe:
 
               
            
         1 Fold the seam of the filter paper, place it in the cone, and rinse with hot water over your cup.
2 Discard this water and place the cone back on the cup.
3 Add your coffee into the filter.
4 Pour 40 g of hot water and let it bloom for 30 seconds, gently swirling to wet all the grounds evenly.
5 At 0:30 minutes, pour up to 120 g of water. At 1:30 minutes, pour the remaining water to reach 240 g.
6 At around 3:00 minutes, take the filter cone off your cup. The water should have just finished dripping through.
