Recipe:
1 Top up the water tank of your espresso machine. Place your coffee dose in the portafilter.
2 Gently tap the group handle to level the coffee grounds, ensuring they are evenly distributed. Align with the basket’s internal line marking to avoid overfilling or underfilling.
3 Gently tamp to create an even, compact coffee bed.
4 Insert the portafilter into the espresso machine.
5 Pull the shot with a target time of 25 seconds. Begin at 9 bar pressure for 15 seconds, then continue at 6 bar pressure for the next 10 to 15 seconds, until you reach a 1:2.25 ratio.
