Recipe:
1 Fold the seam of the filter paper, place it in the cone, and rinse with hot water over your cup. Discard this water and place the cone back on the cup.
2 Add 16g of coffee to the filter and level the coffee bed.
3 Start the timer as you begin pouring. Pour 40g of water in gentle concentric circles starting from the centre.
4 Continue pouring 40g of water every 30 seconds, maintaining the same concentric pouring pattern, until all six pours are complete.
5 Let the coffee draw down fully, aiming for a total drawdown time of around 03:00.
