Recipe:
1 Place the filter paper rough side up in the brewer and rinse thoroughly. Let it drain completely.
2 Add coffee to the brewer.
3 Begin with a 75g bloom. Pour evenly and use wet WDT to ensure full and even saturation of the coffee bed.
4 Briefly open the valve to allow a few drops to drain, then close it again.
5 At 00:50, open the valve. Continue pouring in intervals, maintaining the water level 1–2 cm above the coffee bed, until you reach a total of 325g.
