Recipe:
1 Fold the seam of the filter paper, place it in the cone, and rinse with hot water over your carafe.
2 Discard this water, then add 100 ml of ice into the carafe.
3 Place the cone back and add your coffee dose.
4 Pour 60 ml of hot water and let the coffee bloom for 40 seconds. Give the cone two gentle swirls.
5 Next, pour 100 ml of water, followed by the remaining water until you reach a total of 225 ml.
6 Finish with a gentle swirl and allow it to draw down completely.
