Recipe:
1 Fold the seam of the filter paper, place it in the cone, and rinse with hot water over your cup. Discard this water and place the cone back on the cup.
2 Add coffee to the filter, level the coffee bed, and create a small divot at the centre.
3 Begin with the first pour of 50g for the bloom. Pour in a gentle circular motion starting from the centre and allow the coffee to bloom.
4 For the second pour, add 140g of water in a slow, controlled circular pour, keeping the flow steady.
5 Finish with the final pour of 225g, pouring quickly into the centre of the bed. Allow the coffee to draw down completely before removing the cone.
