Recipe:
1 Add 12 g coffee into the brewer. With the switch closed, pour 40 ml water evenly over the grounds and let them bloom for 30 seconds.
2 At 0:30, open the switch and pour slowly to reach 100 ml total water.
3 Continue with two more pours of 50 ml each, pouring slowly and keeping the bed below 1 cm.
4 Agitate once after the final pour. Let the coffee drain completely. Allow it to cool to 50Β°C or below before serving.
