Recipe:
1 Fold the seam of the filter paper, place it in the cone, and rinse with hot water over your cup. Discard this water and place the cone back on the cup.
2 Add 15g coffee, medium grind (roughly 600 microns), into your filter.
3 Pour 50g of hot water over the grounds and bloom for 1 minute. Swirl twice.
4 Pour 50g in concentric circles for the second pour. Wait 30 seconds.
5 Pour another 50g in concentric circles for the third pour. Wait 30 seconds. Finish with a 75g centre pour.
6 Remove the cone once the water has passed through.
