Recipe:
1 Fold the seam of the filter paper, place it in the cone, and rinse with hot water over your cup. Discard this water and place the cone back on the cup.
2 Place 100 g of ice into your server and set the cone on top. Add 17 g coffee into your filter.
3 Pour 50 ml of hot water in slow, circular motions to bloom. Swirl gently.
4 At around 0:30, pour slowly in circular motions until you reach the 140 ml mark.
5 Finish with a slow, circular pour up to 190 ml. Swirl gently once.
