Recipe:

1 Top up the water tank of your espresso machine. Place the coffee in your portafilter.
2 Gently tap the group handle to level the coffee grounds, ensuring they are evenly distributed. Align with the basket’s internal line marking to avoid overfilling or underfilling the same.
3 Gently tamp to even out the coffee grounds and create a compact bed by pushing down evenly.
4 Place the portafilter inside the espresso machine and turn on the machine. Brew for about 35 seconds.

Not much to complain but recommend playing around with the yield a bit.
