Recipe:
1 Top up the water tank of your espresso machine. Place 16 g of coffee in your portafilter.
2 Gently tap the portafilter to level the coffee grounds, ensuring they're evenly distributed and aligned with the basket's internal line.
3 Tamp gently to create a compact, even coffee bed.
4 Place the portafilter into the espresso machine and brew until you reach a 75 g yield. The coffee should flow with virtually no pressure or resistance, producing a soup shot.
